Begin your day with freshly squeezed orange juice followed by a bowl of steaming hot porridge with cream and brown sugar or a selection of seasonal baked fruit, muesli and King Island’s creamy indulgent yoghurt.
A menu of cooked dishes follows. Eggs – luscious, creamy scrambled, poached or baked served with locally farmed salmon or wood-fired bacon, Honey Brown mushrooms from the Huon Valley, slow-roasted tomatoes, house-made baked beans, light and fluffy pancakes drizzled with maple syrup are just some of the dishes for you to choose from.
We are committed to delivering our guests fresh and quality ingredients. Our eggs are free-range, organic breads from the local bakery, seasonal fruit and vegetables, house-made jams and freshly ground coffee set the scene for an indulgent breakfast served at the rustic farmhouse table in the breakfast room or on warmer Tasmanian days, outside in the courtyard.
